Welcome to VMA LLC. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VMA LLC. We operate this online store powered by WooCommerce to provide you with high-precision footwear and a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

Your order is an offer to purchase which VMA LLC may accept or reject at our discretion. You warrant that all purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices and promotions are subject to change. Posted prices exclude sales tax, shipping, and customs charges. You represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
In alignment with our tactical chassis delivery protocols:
- Handling Period: 0–1 Business Days (Mon–Fri).
- Transit Latency: 1–2 Business Days (Typical).
- Risk of Loss: Title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB shipping point). We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Our refund protocol is strictly governed by the following:
- Refunds: Accepted only for items not as described, damaged, or defective. Inspection is completed within 48 hours. Credits issued within 7–10 business days.
- Exchanges: If a size is unsuitable, return the original iteration and place a new order immediately to secure stock.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all materials (trademarks, footwear designs, text, and imagery) are owned by VMA LLC and protected by international law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

In no case shall VMA LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive jurisdiction resides in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
