To maintain our high-performance standards, all orders are fulfilled through our specialized international logistics network. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the logistics protocols outlined below.
A. Shipping Costs & Fiscal Transparency
- Free Standard Shipping: We provide complimentary shipping on all footwear iterations delivered within the USA.
- Tax Inclusion: All displayed prices are final and inclusive of applicable sales tax.
- Import Protocols: While we aim for seamless delivery, any specific customs fees or import duties mandated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection remain the responsibility of the customer.
B. Processing & Tactical Delivery Windows
Handling_Period 0–1 Business Days (Monday–Friday execution).
Transit_Latency 1–2 Business Days (Typical transit time post-dispatch).
Order_Cut-off 12:00 PM (GMT-5). Orders after this time process next business day.
Note: All iterations are dispatched via priority air shipping to ensure high-velocity delivery. While we aim for clinical precision in our timelines, minor variances may occur due to customs inspections or local carrier handling.
C. Logistics Partners & Tracking
We utilize trusted global carriers and the USPS (for final U.S. delivery) to provide full end-to-end tracking. Encrypted tracking details are dispatched to your registered email immediately upon chassis release from our facility.
D. Address Modification Protocol
Address changes must be submitted to Info@vma.us.com within 24 hours of order placement. Once the iteration has entered the transit phase, modifications are structurally impossible.
E. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted free of charge prior to shipment. Once the order status is “Dispatched,” cancellations cannot be processed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for post-delivery returns.
F. Damaged Shipments
If your tactical package arrives with visible structural damage, please refuse the delivery. If discovered after receipt, contact Info@vma.us.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can initiate a rapid replacement protocol.
