A. Return Eligibility & Criteria

To qualify for a return under our technical standards, please ensure:

  • The item is not as described, damaged, or defective upon receipt.
  • The footwear is unused, unworn, and in its original tactical packaging.
  • All original tags, accessories, and proof of purchase are included.
  • Note: Items used, washed, or damaged by the customer are ineligible for return.

B. Return Authorization Protocol

To initiate a return, contact our support terminal at Info@vma.us.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted into our fulfillment system.

D. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free of charge.
  • Voluntary Returns: We strive to maintain fair standards for our U.S. customers; please contact support for specific label instructions regarding size or color adjustments.

E. Inspection & Refunds

Upon arrival at our facility, the returned iteration undergoes a technical inspection completed within 48 hours. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

F. Exchange Protocol

If a size is not suitable, return the original chassis for inspection. To ensure the immediate availability of your preferred iteration, place a new order for the updated size/color immediately through our website.

G. Damaged or Discrepant Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@vma.us.com. Include clear visual documentation for rapid replacement or refund processing.
